Working within the Infinity Group marketing team, specifically within the Demand Generation Function, the Sales Development Consultant will lead and manage the SDR function while maintaining a hands‑on role in pipeline generation. This player‑manager role combines strategic oversight of the sales development pipeline with direct responsibility for outbound and inbound demand generation across Modern Workplace, Security, and Business Applications Business Units. The role will work closely with both marketing and sales teams, line‑manage the SDR and drive continuous improvement of the demand generation process.

  • Define and refine SDR sequencing processes, playbooks, and best practices to drive consistent, high‑quality pipeline generation.
  • Monitor SDR performance metrics and provide actionable feedback to ensure targets are met across inbound and outbound activities.
  • Support the strategy for scaling the SDR function in line with business growth objectives.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Execute and oversee outbound SDR sequencing to drive net‑new demand within target Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across Modern Work, Security, and Business Applications.
  • Utilise and champion standard SDR sequencing processes, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, to generate new business opportunities.
