Role Overview:
As the Head of Dynamics Business Applications Sales, you will lead and manage the sales team responsible for driving the growth of our Dynamics 365 business applications. You will develop and implement sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and ensure the successful achievement of sales targets. Your role will involve strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on involvement in high-profile sales engagements.

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Dynamics Business Applications sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business goals and drive growth in the Dynamics 365 business applications market.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets, monitoring performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and a seamless client experience.
- Proposal Management: Oversee the development of high-quality proposals, including RFP/RFI responses, estimates, and sales collateral.
- Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of marketing content, including whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
- Training and Development: Ensure continuous training and development of the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge of Dynamics 365 products.
