Senior Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Functional Consultant – Contract This role involves leading Dynamics 365 implementation projects in collaboration with project managers and solutions architects, providing high‑quality solutions and supporting junior consultants. Qualifications * Deep technical knowledge of Business Central modules and common ISVs. * Knowledge of the Business Central product roadmap and technologies such as Jet Reports and Power Platform. * Understanding of software development cycles, release management, data migrations and cut‑over plans, as well as post‑go‑live support. * Industry awareness, preferably in technology or finance and professional services. * Proven ability to lead and manage client engagements to successful project delivery. * Strong analytical, logical thinking and problem‑solving skills. * Excellent communication skills for building client relationships and collaborating internally. * Experience mentoring junior consultants and contributing to team development. Responsibilities * Lead client workshops to capture requirements and design solutions in partnership with a Solutions Architect. * Direct projects to ensure timely delivery, budget control and client satisfaction. * Perform in‑depth analysis of client business processes, workflows and system requirements; propose improvement opportunities and technology solutions. * Lead sprint planning and manage work‑item backlogs, prioritising tasks for solution building. * Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams to adopt new processes and technologies. * Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic advice. * Negotiate project deliverables and agreements with customers, ensuring feasibility. * Author and present detailed reports and findings to stakeholders, including technical documentation, project updates and recommendations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
