This role involves leading Dynamics 365 implementation projects in collaboration with project managers and solutions architects, providing high‑quality solutions and supporting junior consultants.
Qualifications
- Deep technical knowledge of Business Central modules and common ISVs.
- Knowledge of the Business Central product roadmap and technologies such as Jet Reports and Power Platform.
- Understanding of software development cycles, release management, data migrations and cut‑over plans, as well as post‑go‑live support.
- Industry awareness, preferably in technology or finance and professional services.
- Proven ability to lead and manage client engagements to successful project delivery.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for building client relationships and collaborating internally.
- Experience mentoring junior consultants and contributing to team development.
Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops to capture requirements and design solutions in partnership with a Solutions Architect.
- Direct projects to ensure timely delivery, budget control and client satisfaction.
- Perform in‑depth analysis of client business processes, workflows and system requirements; propose improvement opportunities and technology solutions.
- Lead sprint planning and manage work‑item backlogs, prioritising tasks for solution building.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams to adopt new processes and technologies.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic advice.
- Negotiate project deliverables and agreements with customers, ensuring feasibility.
- Author and present detailed reports and findings to stakeholders, including technical documentation, project updates and recommendations.
