We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Front of House team.
As the face of Infinity Fitness, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, supporting our members, assisting with memberships, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience from the moment someone walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage reception duties, enquiries and membership administration.
- Prepare and serve drinks within the Infinity Fitness Lounge.
- Promote memberships, classes and additional gym services.
- Maintain a clean, professional and welcoming reception and café environment.
What We're Looking For
- A positive, friendly and professional attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Confidence using computers and learning new systems.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is desirable; barista experience is a bonus but not essential.
