The business has a significant support infrastructure including case managers and technical administrators, allowing advisers to focus primarily on advising and business generation rather than administration.
The company is currently looking to recruit:
1 Mortgage & Protection Adviser to replace a leaver within a busy estate agency lead source.
This role is based within a high-performing estate agency partnership in Stourbridge and requires an adviser who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a consistent flow of leads. The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, resilient under pressure, experienced in mortgage and protection advice, and comfortable managing large lead volumes while converting opportunities into completed business.

Around 40 estate agency leads per month.
Expected output of 8-10 mortgage applications per month.

Candidate Requirements
