Overview

Infinity Fiction is hiring a Content, Community & Growth Lead to help scale Tidefall and future Living World Games.

At Infinity Fiction, we combine human-authored worlds with AI systems to create reactive RPG experiences with deep lore, player freedom and lasting consequences. The next revolution in interactive storytelling and RPGs!

We’re building a new category of games and, over time, a platform for original worlds, creators and major global IPs.

Our first game, Tidefall, is now live in Alpha - a large-scale dark fantasy RPG built on our proprietary Living World Engine.

This is not another AI slop game. We’re building real games that use AI to make worlds more reactive, personal and alive.

Please do try Tidefall at www.infinityfiction.ai.

The role

We’re looking for a hands-on Content & Community Lead to join a small, experienced marketing team and help us grow Infinity Fiction and Tidefall.

You’ll create content, build and update web pages, grow our community and turn marketing ideas into things players actually want to see.

You’ll work closely with our marketing leadership and founders on strategy and priorities, then help make it happen.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys ownership, experimentation and building things from scratch.

You don’t need to be the world’s best designer, filmmaker, community manager and web builder. You do need to be good across them and brilliant at getting things done.

What you’ll do

  • Create social content across video, graphics and written formats
  • Produce and edit short-form video for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and other channels
  • Create graphics, promotional assets and game content using Photoshop or similar tools
  • Build and update website pages, landing pages and content using tools such as Framer
  • Help improve website conversion and player journeys
  • Run and grow our Discord and wider player community
  • Publish game updates, announcements, newsletters and community content
  • Turn new Tidefall content, features and player stories into compelling marketing
  • Support creator and influencer activity
  • Help execute campaigns across Infinity Fiction, Tidefall and future games
  • Track what content works and continually improve it

What we’re looking for

You must have:

  • Experience working on B2C products, video games, consumer platforms or customer-facing digital businesses
  • Strong content creation skills
  • Experience creating and editing video
  • Good Photoshop skills
  • Experience building and maintaining websites using Framer, Webflow or WordPress
  • Experience managing social channels and online communities
  • Strong written communication
  • A hands-on mentality - you enjoy making things, publishing them and improving them

You should also either have experience working in games or genuinely love games and understand gaming audiences, communities and culture.

Gaming knowledge matters. We want someone who can play Tidefall, understand what makes it interesting and turn that into content players want to watch, read and share.

Why Join

You will be joining while Tidefall is live, the underlying engine is built and Infinity Fiction is moving from early validation into growth.

You will have a big influence over how our games are presented, how our community develops and how millions of future players discover Living World Games.

Our team includes talent from Creative Assembly, Bethesda and Ubisoft.

This is a founding-team opportunity with equity. Following investment, the intention is for this to become a paid role with a competitive salary and meaningful equity package.

We are open to discussing the right structure for an exceptional candidate.
