We re looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our friendly operations team and help deliver an outstanding aftercare experience to our customers.

About the Role You ll be the first point of contact for customers once their renewable energy system has been installed.
Whether they re getting set up, have a technical question or need support resolving an issue, you ll ensure they receive a professional, friendly and efficient service from start to finish.
Working closely with our operations team, installers and manufacturers, you ll coordinate support requests, keep customers informed throughout the process and help ensure every issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
