Infinity Employment are seeking Quality Engineers to work on behalf of our industry-leading client, specialising in providing Engineering Solutions to various sectors. You will be responsible for fully supporting the Quality Manager in maintaining company quality expectations through compliance with company policies, system procedures, work instructions and specifications. Driving improvements, the Quality Engineer will ensure the timely completion of 8D investigations and be the first point of contact for any quality escalations. This contract will be based in Worcestershire for a 6-month contract, highly likely to be extended. Must have experience within a manufacturing environment. For the right candidates, more contracts will follow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day quality support to production and lineside operations
  • Assist manufacturing teams with quality-related concerns and process improvements
  • Support containment activities and non-conformance management on the shop floor
  • Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions using 8D / RCCA methodologies
  • Perform product and process audits to ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements
  • Review engineering drawings, specifications, and quality documentation
  • Support first-off inspections
