Infinity Employment are seeking a dedicated Powder Coater to join a leading manufacturing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying powder coatings to various metal components, fire and safety equipment, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets company standards.

- 12 Week Temp - Perm opportunity
- Shift pattern applies: Mon - Thurs 07:30 - 16:15
- After probation period: Mon - Thurs 09:30am - 18:00pm
- Salary £27500 per year depending on experience plus overtime when available
Responsibilities
- Preparing surfaces and applying powder coatings to a variety of metal products
- The use of a powder coating gun, coating a range of products according to required specification
- Pre-treatment of products and inspection to the specified standards
- Jigging up products
- Carry out maintenance of the spray guns and booths according to instruction, including basic maintenance of machines and tools
- Operating and maintaining powder coating equipment
- Pre-treatment of product through a manual process
- Ensuring high standards of quality and finish
- Working efficiently to meet production deadline
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Skills
- Previous experience in powder coating
- Experience with hand tools, drills
- Use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word
- Flexible regarding overtime if required
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of coating techniques and material
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
