Infinity Employment are seeking a Machine Operator with a Forklift License to work with a recognised industry leader supplying metals and plastics. This would suit someone technically minded with a hunger for progression. The position will be based in their new site as the company are expanding with exciting opportunities. Join a dynamic and forward-thinking team and play a key role in the fast-paced warehouse environment. They offer an opportunity to earn more money through various bonus schemes every 6 months! This is a Temp – Perm position to start immediately. Salary £29,000 per year plus bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment to ensure safe efficient production
- Load and unload materials using a forklift
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machines
- Always follow health and safety standards
- Accurately complete production and inventory logs
- Some other duties may be required when asked by a manager
Experience:
- Previous experience as a machine operator within a manufacturing or warehouse environment would be desirable
- Valid forklift licence with proven forklift experience within the last year
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- A desire for progression
