Infinity Employment are seeking a Customer Sales Administrator to join a well-established manufacturer of high-quality power solutions for the Fire and Security Industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer orders from receipt through to processing
  • Handling and responding to a busy inbox of customer enquiries
  • Providing excellent customer service via telephone and email
  • Liaising with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and product enquiries
  • Accurately processing orders and maintaining customer records
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative duties as required

Key skills:

  • Previous customer service or administration experience preferred
