Job Description

Infinity Employment are seeking CNC Milling Machinists with full CAM Software experience for an industry leading company specialising in the manufacture of precision components for aviation, tooling, automotive, F1 and defence industries.\\nWith a strong reputation for quality and innovation, they are expanding their machining team and are looking for skilled CNC Mill Machinists with full CAM Software experience to support their growing production demands.\\nExample of potential earnings (Dayshift):\\n * Lower end Salary per year £35,500 based on £17 with no overtime\\n * Higher end Salary per year £60,000 based on £23 per hour and 10 hours overtime/week\\n * Nightshift positions also available at 25% premium\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n• Set up and operate CNC milling machines (3 and 5-axis)\\n• Create and modify CAM programs (e.g., Fusion 360, Mastercam, Hypermill, Powermill, Siemens NX) for complex aerospace and F1 components\\n• Interpret technical drawings, CAM models, and GD&T specifications\\n• Work with tight tolerances and high-value aerospace-grade materials amongst others (Titanium, Aluminium, Steals and Plastics)\\n• Optimize tool paths and machining strategies for efficiency and surface finish\\n• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues\\n• Perform first-off and in-process inspections using various measuring equipment (micrometres, callipers, pins, and even CMMs)\\nRequirements:\\n• Minimum 5 years of CNC milling experience, preferably in the aerospace/automotive sector\\n• Strong hands-on experience with CAM software (Fusion 360, Mastercam, or similar)\\n• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T\\n• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail\\n• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment\\nBenefits:\\n * Competitive pay £17 – £23 per hour depending on experience\\n * Overtime available @ T+1/2\\n * Health insurance\\n * Pension\\n * Paid holidays (28 including bank holidays) Increasing with service\\n * Free Parking\\n * Opportunities for advancement and training\\n * Clean, modern, and safety-focused facility\\nCore Hours:\\n * Mon – Friday 8am – 4pm (40 hours) Some flexibility available\\n * Overtime @ T+1/2
