Infinity Employment are seeking highly experienced Aerospace Quality Engineers to work on behalf of our industry leading client, specialising in providing engineering solutions to various sectors. This project will be based in Devon for a minimum of 12+ months to start immediately, highly likely to be extended. Must have an aerospace background and experience within a manufacturing environment.
For the right candidates, more projects will follow. Pay LTD - £27 PER HOUR – OVERTIME AVAILABLE.
Principal Responsibilities:- Completion of FAIR Overcheck Inspections in accordance with quality right first-time expectations.
- Completion of FAIR Overcheck Inspections in support of timing plans.
- Productivity and cost reduction improvements. Timely supply of product to our customers.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
- Qualified Manufacturing / Quality Engineer.
- Knowledge of aerospace quality management systems (AS9100 Revision D).
- Knowledge of FAIR Presentation and AS9102 requirements.
- Knowledge of compiling a FAIR, raising balloon drawings, use of Visual FAIR and overcheck requirements.
- Knowledge of customer approvals and specifications (most notably Airbus and GKN Rolls Royce).
