You’ll combine strong leadership with commercial insight, helping us run smarter, grow sustainably, and deliver outstanding care.
About Us

The Role
As Business and Practice Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of both clinics. You’ll work closely with the directors and clinical teams to ensure the business runs efficiently, profitably, and with clear direction. This role suits someone who can move comfortably between people, numbers, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage multidisciplinary dental teams across both sites
- Oversee day-to-day practice operations, compliance, and performance
- Understand and manage financials, including budgets, KPIs, and profitability
- Identify cost efficiencies and savings without compromising patient care
- Optimise systems, workflows, and utilisation within a dental clinic setting
- Support business growth through planning, analysis, and implementation
- Assist with business planning and prepare clear, accurate Directors’ Reports
- Act as a key link between clinical delivery and commercial decision-making
About You
You will be confident, organised, and commercially minded, with the credibility to lead teams and influence decisions. You will have:
- Proven experience as a Practice Manager or Business Manager within dentistry
- Strong understanding of how dental clinics operate, both clinically and commercially
- Solid financial and business acumen, with the ability to interpret and act on data
- Experience identifying efficiencies, managing costs, and driving improvement
- A recognised business qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional leadership style
- The ability to think strategically while staying hands-on and practical
Why Join Us
- A senior, influential role within established and respected clinics
- The opportunity to shape growth and strategy, not just manage operations
