We are looking for a Patient Sales Coordinator to join our established, high-performing sales team at Infinity Dental Clinic. This role is focused on converting patient enquiries into booked consultations via phone, email, website and social media. You will be the first point of contact for many patients and play a key role in growing our practice.
We are the UK's leading Straumann implant provider, providing more Straumann implants than any other clinic in the country. We also specialise in Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, sedation and Denplan services. Our flagship Leeds clinic is thriving, and with a new site opening in Harrogate, now is an exciting time to join a supportive, ambitious team that takes pride in exceptional patient care.
The Role
Your job is simple and important: turn enquiries into appointments and help patients take the first step toward treatment that can genuinely change their lives. You will handle incoming enquiries, build trust, explain next steps clearly, and guide patients toward booking their initial consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert incoming enquiries from phone, email, website and social media into booked appointments
- Build rapport and understand each patient's needs and concerns
- Manage and follow up leads using our CRM system
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, clinical and admin teams to ensure a smooth patient journey
- Track activity, report on performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion
- Meet and exceed agreed sales targets
What You Bring
- Proven experience in a sales role, working to KPIs and targets
- Confident, warm and clear communication over the phone and in writing
- Experience using a CRM system
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A results-focused mindset with a proactive approach
- Dental experience is helpful but not required. Full training is provided
