We are a leading dental group with two busy clinics in Leeds and Harrogate, alongside an in-house dental laboratory. Together, this gives us three closely linked businesses with a strong reputation for quality care and clinical excellence. We are looking for an experienced marketing professional who understands the dental sector and knows how to turn marketing spend into measurable results.
The role
You will take ownership of marketing across all three businesses, with a strong focus on patient acquisition, brand visibility, and return on investment. This role could be full-time, but we are open to part-time for the right person.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and manage marketing activity across our clinics and laboratory
- Optimise Google Ads for dental services, including local search and conversion-focused campaigns
- Manage and optimise Meta advertising (Facebook and Instagram) for lead generation and brand awareness
- Develop and refine social media posting strategies to support growth and engagement
- Monitor, manage, and optimise marketing budgets to ensure best value
- Track performance using clear metrics and reporting, with a strong focus on outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve enquiries, bookings, and patient retention
About you
- Proven experience in dental marketing or healthcare marketing
- Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta advertising within the dental market
- Confident managing and analysing marketing budgets
- Comfortable tracking performance and explaining what’s working and what isn’t
- Practical, organised, and results-driven
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
