Currently looking for a Digital Business Analyst to support a banking client delivering digital transformation across customer-facing platforms. The role will focus on analysing business needs, defining requirements, and supporting the delivery of digital banking products within agile teams. A background in Retail or Challenger Banking is essential, and experience with AI-enabled solutions is highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for agile teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and collaborate with product, technology, and UX teams
- Support delivery of digital banking platforms (mobile, web, onboarding, payments)
- Assist with UAT, backlog prioritisation, and sprint planning
Required Experience
- Proven Business Analyst / Digital BA experience within Retail or Challenger Banking
- Strong experience delivering digital products or platforms
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements documentation skills
Desirable
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, or data-driven digital products
- Experience with Open Banking APIs or digital payments
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
This is an initial 3 month engagement working hybrid in the client's Manchester and London offices paying £500/day Outside IR35. Please do share your CV if interested.
