Infinitum Capital is seeking an outstanding Intern to support our team across private equity, real estate, credit, and alternative investments. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in live transactions, capital raising, and strategic advisory—working directly with senior professionals. You will gain exposure to both the sell-side and buy-side, operating at the intersection of investment banking, asset management, and multi-family office services. This is a rare chance to develop a strong foundation in deal structuring, financial modelling, and client engagement within a high-performing, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct rigorous, cross-sector research and market intelligence on companies, industries, and macroeconomic trends to support investment strategy and execution.
  • Assist in the structuring and execution of transactions through advanced financial modelling, valuation analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Draft and refine institutional-grade investment memoranda, presentation materials, and internal briefing documents for senior leadership and counterparties.
  • Proactively engage with and conduct outreach to counterpart institutions across investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, credit funds, family offices, and lending platforms.
  • Support origination efforts by identifying deal flow, contributing to pipeline development, and assisting in the preparation of client and investor materials.
  • Liaise with external advisors and stakeholders—including legal counsel, tax advisors, and capital providers—to facilitate seamless transaction execution.
  • Maintain comprehensive internal documentation, including transaction trackers, CRM inputs, and reporting frameworks to ensure operational rigour and visibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong academic track record in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build and interpret financial models.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on precision and clarity.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Prior internship or relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or related financial services is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high attention to detail and professionalism.
