The role involves being the face of the building and playing a key role in delivering an outstanding member experience. You act as the first point of contact for members, guests, and vendors, ensuring the space operates smoothly and professionally at all times. You support daily operations, member services, and community engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Member Experience
    • Deliver an exceptional member experience in line with satisfaction KPIs.
    • Act as the primary front desk contact during business hours.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with members and their guests.
    • Manage the building inbox and member support ticket system, ensuring requests are handled within SLAs.
    • Oversee mail and package distribution.
    • Support events, promotions, and communications that enhance the member experience.
    • Prepare weekly newsletter content for approval.
    • Provide administrative support to the (Assistant) Community Manager.
    • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming front desk and mailroom.
  • Operations
    • Conduct daily building walkthroughs to maintain quality standards.
    • Escalate and follow up on maintenance or service issues.
    • Understand and support execution of the Emergency Action Plan.
    • Assist with member onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Manage stock ordering and inventory control.
    • Support light sales-related activities, including tours and lead follow-up.
    • Participate in the commission structure following probation.
  • Events & Community
    • Support the creation and promotion of the monthly event calendar.
    • Execute community events that foster connection and engagement.
    • Promote events internally to encourage strong attendance.
    • Contribute creative ideas to enhance member experience and engagement.

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, retail, administration, or a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised and structured.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and accountability.
  • Fluent in English and the local language (written and spoken).
