About infinitSpace: infinitSpace is a Full Stack AI Workspace-as-a-service startup and partners with landlords to create, operate and grow flexible workspace brands. We manage the full workspace experience on behalf of our real estate partners, from brand and positioning through to sales, operations, hospitality, community and customer experience. We pride ourselves that we can count on Brookfield Properties, Nuveen, Partrizia, Marathon and other large Real Estate funds as our partners. Our flagship consumer-facing brand, beyond, is built around a simple belief: the future of work is flexible, human and community-driven. We are entering a new phase of growth and need a senior marketing leader to bring clarity, creativity, commercial focus and structure to how beyond, whitelabel brands and infinitSpace show up in the market.

The role: We are looking for a senior marketing leader to define and lead the brand & marketing strategy across beyond, whitelabel brands and infinitSpace. This person will shape our brand narrative, sharpen our positioning, guide content and awareness, support commercial growth and lead a small but growing marketing function. This is not a strategy-only role. The right person will be comfortable getting close to the work: writing strong briefs, improving messaging, shaping dashboards, using AI tools intelligently, testing workflows and building first versions of simple systems where needed. They will manage the AI Growth / Marketing Systems Lead, who will own much of the day-to-day marketing operating system: workflows, automation, dashboards, reporting, prompt libraries, experiment cadence and repeatability. The marketing leader must be fluent enough to guide, challenge and prioritise this work without becoming the long-term bottleneck.

Mission: Build a clear, differentiated and commercially effective marketing function for beyond and infinitSpace. Turn our strategy into a strong market narrative, focus our marketing priorities, create a modern marketing engine and build the foundations for scalable growth.

What you will own:

  • Brand strategy and positioning across beyond, whitelabel brands and infinitSpace, including a clear value proposition for members, companies, landlords, brokers and partners.
  • Messaging architecture: the core narrative, audience-specific messaging, proof points, product language and a consistent way to explain what we do.
  • Content and awareness strategy, including editorial pillars, hero narratives, PR, partnerships, community, owned channels, broker visibility and thought leadership.
  • Marketing planning and priorities, including quarterly focus, the two-quarter marketing backlog and alignment with sales, real estate, community, operations and leadership.
  • Marketing systems leadership: how work moves from idea to execution to learning, including briefs, review flows, distribution, measurement and improvement.
  • Team leadership, including hiring and managing the AI Growth / Marketing Systems Lead, coaching the broader marketing team and creating a culture of focused, high-quality execution.
  • Budget and partner management across paid, organic, PR, agency support, tools, content and partnerships.
  • Quality control and brand consistency across tone of voice, visual standards, narrative strength, campaign quality, sales materials, PR messaging and content.

First priorities:

  • Create a clear brand and messaging foundation across beyond, whitelabel brands and infinitSpace.
  • Define a focused content and awareness strategy with clear themes, channels and priorities.
  • Put the first version of a modern marketing operating system in place: workflows, templates, playbooks, approval logic and planning rhythm.
  • Define the marketing metrics that matter, including awareness, engagement, campaign performance, pipeline signals and commercial contribution.
  • Build a two-quarter marketing backlog: what to double down on, what to stop and what to build next.
  • Give the team clarity on priorities, standards, roles and ways of working.

What we are looking for:

  • Senior marketing leadership experience in B2B, real estate, hospitality, flexible workspace, SaaS, marketplace, community-led or premium service brands.
  • Strong brand strategy, positioning, messaging and content strategy experience.
  • A track record of building awareness and supporting commercial growth through focused marketing activity.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to connect marketing to sales, pipeline, revenue, broker engagement and strategic partnerships.
  • Practical fluency with modern marketing tools, AI workflows, automation, dashboards and campaign tracking.
  • Experience leading teams, managing budgets, working with agencies and creating clarity in a growing business.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with sales, real estate, operations, community and leadership.
  • A structured, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to move between board-level narrative, campaign planning, tooling decisions and execution detail.

You can define a strong brand narrative and turn it into a practical engine for creating, distributing, measuring and improving marketing output. You are hands-on when it matters, but you know your job is to build the foundation, set the standard and help the team scale through better people, processes and systems. You care deeply about quality, but you are pragmatic and know when something needs to be excellent and when it simply needs to move.
