The Recruitment Resourcer will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality recruitment solutions across engineering and technology sectors. This role focuses on candidate attraction, sourcing, engagement, and pipeline development, working closely with Recruitment Consultants to fill permanent, contract, and contingent roles for clients across the UK. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases, and networking.
- Write and post job adverts aligned to client and consultant briefs.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across engineering and technology disciplines.
Candidate Management
- Screen CVs against job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate qualification calls to assess skills, experience, availability, and motivations.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure candidates are fully compliant with right-to-work and regulatory requirements.
Support to Consultants
- Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand role requirements, client expectations, and timelines.
- Support interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer processes.
- Assist with reference checks and compliance documentation.
Database & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM/ATS system.
- Track candidate activity, availability, and engagement levels.
- Support reporting on recruitment activity and pipeline status.
Market Research & Branding
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify talent pools.
- Support employer branding initiatives through LinkedIn posts and candidate engagement campaigns.
- Stay up to date with trends in engineering, technology, and recruitment markets.
