We are recruiting for an experienced QA Business Partner to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Sutton-in-Ashfield. This is a key role responsible for ensuring compliance across quality, health & safety, while driving continuous improvement across the business. You will act as the central point of contact for all QA-related matters, working closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain high standards and support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality & Compliance
    • Maintain and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS)
    • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
    • Lead and coordinate internal, supplier, and external audits
    • Manage non-conformances, customer complaints, and corrective actions
    • Support bid and tender submissions with QA documentation
  • Health, Safety & Environment
    • Support and promote a safe working environment across the business
    • Maintain compliance with HSE legislation and best practices
    • Assist with risk assessments and COSHH documentation
    • Monitor environmental compliance and ensure actions are completed
  • Reporting & Coordination
    • Produce monthly QA reports, KPIs, and audit schedules
    • Coordinate quality meetings and track actions to completion
    • Maintain compliance systems and documentation accuracy
    • Support ESG reporting and sustainability initiatives
  • Stakeholder & Contractor Management
    • Work closely with department heads to drive QA initiatives
    • Manage contractor compliance and documentation
    • Ensure all required certifications and records are up to date
    • Support training coordination, including online safety platforms

About You

  • Proven experience in a QA, compliance, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001 preferred)
  • Experience coordinating or leading audits
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Confident working independently and managing multiple priorities
