We are recruiting for an experienced QA Business Partner to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Sutton-in-Ashfield. This is a key role responsible for ensuring compliance across quality, health & safety, while driving continuous improvement across the business. You will act as the central point of contact for all QA-related matters, working closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain high standards and support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality & Compliance
- Maintain and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Lead and coordinate internal, supplier, and external audits
- Manage non-conformances, customer complaints, and corrective actions
- Support bid and tender submissions with QA documentation
- Support and promote a safe working environment across the business
- Maintain compliance with HSE legislation and best practices
- Assist with risk assessments and COSHH documentation
- Monitor environmental compliance and ensure actions are completed
- Produce monthly QA reports, KPIs, and audit schedules
- Coordinate quality meetings and track actions to completion
- Maintain compliance systems and documentation accuracy
- Support ESG reporting and sustainability initiatives
- Work closely with department heads to drive QA initiatives
- Manage contractor compliance and documentation
- Ensure all required certifications and records are up to date
- Support training coordination, including online safety platforms
About You
- Proven experience in a QA, compliance, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001 preferred)
- Experience coordinating or leading audits
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Confident working independently and managing multiple priorities
