We are seeking a Water Technician to support planned and reactive water maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings throughout London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with general water systems experience who is looking to develop their career within building services and water compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out water temperature monitoring and recording.
  • Complete flushing of little-used outlets.
  • Assist with water sampling and basic water quality checks.
  • Inspect water tanks, outlets, pipework and associated equipment.
  • Support cleaning and disinfection works.
  • Identify and report defects, leaks and potential compliance concerns.
  • Assist with basic plumbing and water system maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all completed works.
  • Work across multiple commercial buildings throughout London.
  • Follow all site health, safety and water hygiene procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience working with general water systems.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, water hygiene or building services.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
  • Willingness to travel between commercial sites across London.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider maintenance team.
  • Professional and reliable approach to work.

Desirable

  • Water hygiene or Legionella awareness training.
  • Experience completing temperature checks and flushing regimes.
  • Plumbing, maintenance or building services qualification.
  • Full UK driving licence.
