Pay: Up to £52,000.00 per year Location: London Shift pattern: 0600 to 1800 - 4 On 4 Off Van and fuel card included Job Description: We are currently recruiting experienced Commercial Plumbers to work across a range of commercial buildings throughout London. The role will involve planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, installations and repairs, including work within plant rooms. Key Responsibilities * Carrying out commercial plumbing installation, maintenance and repair work * Working within plant rooms across TfL stations and depots * Installing, repairing and replacing commercial pipework systems * Working on copper, steel, plastic and other commercial pipework * Maintaining and repairing pumps, valves, expansion vessels and associated equipment * Installing and replacing sanitaryware, taps, toilets, basins and drainage components * Investigating leaks, blockages, pressure issues and system faults * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs * Performing basic fault finding on hot and cold-water systems * Working on heating, water distribution and boosted water systems * Reading drawings, specifications and work instructions * Completing work to the required TfL and site safety standards * Providing clear updates on completed work and any additional defects identified * Keeping plant rooms and work areas clean, safe and organised * Working closely with site supervisors, engineers and other trades * Travelling between TfL stations and depots when required Requirements * Previous experience working as a commercial plumber * Relevant plumbing qualifications * Good knowledge of commercial hot and cold-water systems * Ability to complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks * Comfortable working within operational stations, depots and public environments * Strong understanding of health and safety procedures * Reliable, professional and able to work independently
