Location: London Distribution Park, Tilbury Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:30 Contract: Temp to Perm Role Overview We are currently recruiting for a AC Engineer to join a facilities maintenance team based in Tilbury. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on AC and mechanical assets across site. Attend and rectify mechanical faults and breakdowns. Complete mechanical remedial works as required. Carry out PPM tasks in accordance with company schedules and contractual requirements. Ensure all planned maintenance is completed to a high professional standard. Diagnose faults and identify appropriate repair or replacement requirements. Produce technical and situational reports where required. Accurately update maintenance systems and digital records following completed works. Use company-provided technology and CAFM systems to maintain compliance with contractual obligations. Escalate significant faults, incidents or site issues to the relevant Line Manager promptly.
