As part of this growth, we're looking for a technically curious engineer who enjoys solving complex system-level problems involving precision motion control, automation, software, electronics and advanced instrumentation.

This isn't a traditional support role.

You'll become one of the key technical experts responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex issues across highly sophisticated semiconductor inspection systems used by some of the world's most advanced technology companies.

  • Becoming the technical escalation expert
  • Leading investigations into complex system issues affecting fielded and manufacturing systems
  • Supporting Customer Support, Applications and Field Service teams on technical escalations
  • Diagnosing issues spanning software, control systems, motion control hardware and automation equipment
  • Driving rapid resolution of critical customer-impacting issues
  • Working with world-class precision systems
  • Investigating closed-loop control systems
  • Analysing sensor feedback and motion performance
  • Troubleshooting precision positioning systems
  • Supporting optimisation of high-accuracy electromechanical platforms
  • Supporting semiconductor automation
