Are you an experienced Project Lead or Senior Project Manager with a background in scale-up, automation, AFM, engineering, technology, manufacturing, or R&D?

At Infinitesima, we're planning for significant growth over the next 6–12 months and expect to create several new Project Lead and Project Management opportunities as our product portfolio and programmes expand.

What Future Project Lead Opportunities Could Involve
Our Project Leads and Project Managers are integral to delivery across complex technical programmes while balancing business priorities, stakeholder expectations, and engineering realities.
Typical responsibilities may include:
- Leading planning, execution and delivery of complex technical projects and programmes
- Creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets and risk registers
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations, manufacturing and commercial functions
- Managing risks, dependencies and change requests to keep projects on track
- Providing clear reporting and communication to senior stakeholders
- Supporting and mentoring less experienced project professionals
- Continuously improving project management processes and best practice
What We're Interested In
We're particularly keen to hear from people with experience in:
- Delivering complex technical projects within engineering, R&D, scientific instrumentation, manufacturing, semiconductor, or technology environments
- Exposure to scale up or fast paced environments such as Formula 1 or similar
- Leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Project and programme management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid approaches
- Project planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource management
- Risk management, issue resolution and change control
- Project management software and reporting tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (advantageous)
Qualifications We'd Typically Expect
- Professional project management qualifications such as:
- PRINCE2 Practitioner
- PMP
- MSP
- APM Chartered Project Professional

Location and work pattern:
All of our new UK team members are asked to work on site here at Abingdon during their first three months with us. We offer flexible, hybrid working where possible upon completion of probation.
