About the role
- Project Housekeeping: Maintaining the folder structures and documentation for 50+ active projects to ensure everything is audit‑ready and accessible.
- Data Reporting: Leveraging advanced Excel (macros/pivots) to track KPIs and provide performance metrics for the PMO.
- Stakeholder Support: Assisting Project Leads by extracting data for high‑level presentations using templates and tracking smaller work packages.
- Deadline Coordination: Monitoring project timelines and proactively prompting team members to ensure milestones are met.
- Process Setup: Establishing and enabling the administrative foundations for new projects.
- Team Liaison: Acting as a central point of contact within a diverse, fast‑paced engineering environment to keep information flowing.
