Help Build the Foundations for AI Across a World-Class Technology Business. At Infinitesima, we're investing heavily in AI-powered automation to transform how information flows across our Operations function. But powerful AI agents are only as good as the data they can access. That's where you come in. We're looking for an AI Operations Analyst to create the structure, standards and processes that enable AI agents to reliably extract, organise and distribute critical operational information. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of Operations, Process Excellence, Data Governance and AI Enablement, helping shape how AI is adopted across a growing deep-tech business. If you're passionate about process improvement, love bringing order to complexity, and want to play a hands-on role in making AI work in the real world, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Create and implement standard folder structures, naming conventions and document management practices across Operations.
  • Drive data consistency initiatives that enable reliable AI extraction and automation.
  • Run AI extraction pilots, validating outputs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with stakeholders across multiple functions to increase adoption of new operational standards.
  • Coordinate manual review and approval processes to ensure extracted data is accurate before wider distribution.
  • Support the flow of clean, approved operational information into the wider business.
  • Identify and prioritise new automation opportunities across Operations workflows.
  • Measure and report on the impact of AI and automation initiatives.
  • Escalate opportunities requiring deeper technical development as new automation capabilities are introduced.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Working in an Operations, Process Improvement, Business Systems or Analyst role.
  • Impressive organisational skills with the ability to create and maintain structured processes.
  • Documenting workflows, standards and procedures.
  • Understanding of operational processes within manufacturing, engineering or technical environments.
  • Confident with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and document management systems.
  • Working knowledge of AI, automation tools or intelligent workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI agents, copilots or no-code automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar workflow management tools.
  • Exposure to semiconductor, advanced manufacturing or deep-tech environments.
  • Operational Excellence, Lean or continuous improvement experience.

Why This Role Is Different

This isn't a traditional analyst role. You'll be helping build the operational foundations that allow AI to scale across the business. Your work will directly influence how automation is deployed, how information is shared, and how future AI capabilities are adopted throughout Operations. It's an opportunity to join early, shape standards from the ground up, and become a key player in Infinitesima's AI journey.
