Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the firm's Construction practice, advising on both contentious and non-contentious construction and engineering matters.
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of construction contracts, including standard form and bespoke agreements, professional appointments, warranties and security documentation.
- Advise clients through construction disputes, including adjudication, arbitration and litigation.
- Work closely with the Property and Commercial teams to provide construction law expertise on development projects and real estate transactions.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to expand the practice through business development and cross-referrals.
