The Role
- Manage your own caseload of private client matters from instruction through to completion.
- Advise clients on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, Estate Administration and Court of Protection matters.
- Draft Wills, LPAs and other private client documentation.
- Prepare and submit Probate Registry applications.

- Experience handling Wills, LPAs and Estate Administration matters.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
