Infinitek is working with a leading conveyancing firm based in Central London. We’re recruiting for ambitious and passionate Legal Property Manager to join their growing team. The Role

You’ll manage a mixed caseload of freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions, tailored to your level of expertise. Alongside a competitive base salary, you’ll have the opportunity to earn an additional £8K–£12K per annum through the bonus scheme. You’ll also benefit from a structured career path, giving you the tools and support to progress professionally and personally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle sales and purchases from instruction through to completion, liaising with all parties including mortgage brokers, estate agents, solicitors, and clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and third parties, ensuring proactive communication and regular updates.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients, introducers, and stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and resolve issues to protect both clients and the business.
  • Maintain files in good order, ensuring compliance with SLAs, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and issue contract papers on related sales.
  • Manage and respond to sale enquiries.
  • Review and analyse search results.
  • Organise workload to meet KPIs, particularly targeting exchanges and completions at the start of each month.
  • Liaise with mortgage lenders regarding the release of funds.
  • Oversee exchange of contracts and legal completion.

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum of 2 years’ conveyancing experience managing your own caseload.
  • Strong passion for delivering excellent client service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
