You will assist on a broad range of private family law matters, including: Divorce and separation proceedings Complex financial remedy matters Private children law disputes High-net-worth and high-profile client matters Drafting legal documents and court applications Preparing bundles and supporting litigation processes Liaising with clients, counsel, courts and third parties Conducting legal research and case management To be considered, you will have: A minimum of 2 years' experience working within private family law Previous exposure to Divorce, Financial Remedy and Children Act matters Strong organisational and case management skills Excellent communication and client care abilities A proactive and professional approach to your work This role would suit a Family Paralegal who is looking for more than just another paralegal position.
