This new role reflects our commitment to building out our sales and marketing function and gives you the opportunity to help shape how InfiniteCFO builds its brand and partnerships. We work with AI-native founders, and you will help us further embed AI into all of our own workflows and accelerate adoption across the business. We will support your development with a personal growth plan that we build together, along with close mentorship from the Director of Business Operations and our Chief Revenue Officer. You will gain a strong understanding of how a scaling business operates through our regular lunch and learns, speakers and internal training. We will also invest in further relevant training, agreed as part of your growth plan. You’ll be London-based, with flexibility to work remotely, but with an expectation of 2 days a week in our office, which is by Liverpool Street Station. The role involves regular in-person attendance at London events (which are often in the early evening) and partner meetings.

  • Partnerships: work with our partners to deliver on our shared objectives.
  • Support the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, from logging and qualifying leads through to client onboarding and contract completion.
  • Revenue Operations: maintain accurate CRM data in Hubspot.
  • Coordinate introductory calls, prepare NDAs, support scoping and proposals, and track pricing and commercial decisions.
  • Support ongoing management & analysis of the sales pipeline, including the link to resource forecasting.
  • Set up new clients across internal systems and complete KYC checks, including folders, billing structures, time codes, and access to tools.
  • Own the creation and ongoing improvement of internal dashboards, proactively experimenting with AI tools and automation to find smarter, faster, and more scalable ways of working.
  • Supporting with other areas of operational administration.
