What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning the full recruitment lifecycle for across either of our verticals in Finance Transformation and Tech and Transformation, giving both customers and candidates the VIP treatment.
  • Building relationships with our UK client network, demonstrating why we're the go-to partner for scaling their teams.
  • More than just placements: you'll be supporting candidates from application to onboarding, building relationships that last.
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs inside and out.
  • Sharing your successes (our marketing team will help you build your personal brand).
  • Getting involved in the UK transformation scene, from events to webinars.

What You'll Need

  • Proven 360 Perm/Contract experience, including new business development.
  • Ideally, experience in a vertical market.
  • A genuine passion for connecting with candidates and staying ahead of recruitment trends.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, a team‑player attitude, and an open mind.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a self‑starter mentality.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (we're a Google shop).
