Vitsœ is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the financial management of a global, multi-entity operation. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong technical expertise, and the ability to elevate an existing finance team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full financial engine across 90+ countries and four trading entities.
  • Execute swift month-end close and produce sharp P&L and balance sheet reporting.
  • Manage multi-currency cash flow, annual forecasting, and ensure accurate multi-entity consolidation.
  • Lead statutory reporting, maintain auditor relationships, and guarantee sufficient capital for business development.
  • Drive the adoption of NetSuite to deliver a single source of financial truth across all entities.
  • Mentor and develop the finance team, raising performance standards and fostering a culture of excellence.
