The Challenge

We are supporting a growing technology business to find an IT Project Manager to oversee all IT-related elements of multiple projects.

Your Mission

• Act as primary liaison between IT, construction, architects, facilities, and contractors.
• Ensure IT requirements are embedded from design through to operational handover.
• Oversee installation of infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain IT-specific project plans and RAID logs.
• Partner and engage with leadership, end-users, technical teams and business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate into actionable plans.
• Manage external suppliers to ensure technical and contractual compliance.

What You Bring

• Experience as an IT Project Manager in large-scale construction development projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure: networking, AV, security systems, data centres, and end-user tech.
• Familiarity with smart building technologies and modern workspace integration.
