We are looking for an engaging, confident Digital Business Analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This isn't just about mapping requirements; you will play a pivotal role in transforming the guest experience, ensuring that every digital interaction feels effortless and premium.
The Role
In this fast-paced digital environment, you will report directly to leadership with a matrix line to a consultant, taking ownership of an essential guest-facing platform roll‑out.
- System Integration and Configuration: Continuing the configuration, optimisation and implementation of our brand-new digital booking platform.
- Platform Migration and Streamlining: Managing the transition and data migration away from disjointed legacy systems into one unified ecosystem.
- Enhancing Guest Services: Expanding system capabilities to support high‑touch customer services.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Acting as the critical bridge between technical delivery consultants and business teams to ensure features align perfectly with operational needs.
What We're Looking For
- A proven background operating as a Business Analyst within digital, e‑commerce or highly customer‑facing environments.
- A strong passion for utilising digital tools to enhance, streamline and perfect the physical‑to‑digital guest journey.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the natural capability to confidently engage stakeholders and explain technical solutions clearly.
- Prior experience with configuring booking, reservation or ticketing systems is a massive advantage, though not mandatory.
