Your Mission

• Ensuring Practice Excellence: Upholding high standards by guaranteeing all projects strictly adhere to the established framework.
• Driving Business Results: Increasing growth and profitability through identifying and implementing process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and methods to enhance client value.
• Project Initiation: Serving as the primary contact for new practice excellence projects, managing stakeholder expectations, and defining key requirements.
• Leading Diagnostics: Conducting thorough scoping and diagnostic activities using a range of continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Identifying Efficiencies: Collaborating closely with Legal and Central Function teams to pinpoint inefficiencies and propose practical, effective solutions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Providing timely progress updates and clearly articulating proposed changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Activity Oversight: Planning, delivering, and reporting on all practice excellence activities.

What You Bring

• Experience in a similar role within the legal sector.
• Lean Six Sigma experience is advantageous.
