This crucial role will ensure that HR technology platforms are optimised, embedded and utilised to deliver business value. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of HR technology initiatives—from demand intake to prioritisation to delivery, training and continuous improvement. This role is pivotal in aligning technology with business needs, driving operations efficiency and enhancing colleague experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of HR technology initiatives from demand intake, prioritisation, delivery, training and continuous improvement.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience and confidence using SuccessFactors
- Prior people management experience (minimum of one direct report, plus occasional consultants)
