Infinite Reality (iR) is an innovation company powering the next generation of digital media and ecommerce through AI and immersive technologies. iR’s virtual worlds enable brands and creators to fully control how they distribute content, engage audiences, and monetize their creations while acquiring more powerful data on their customers.

The candidate will support business development initiatives by engaging with prospects and clients in the UK to drive sales, contributing to the company’s growth.

  • Identify and engage prospective clients in key industries such as hospitality, retail, education, and more within the UK.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their specific challenges and business objectives, and positioning our AI and immersive solutions as key enablers of digital transformation.
  • Tailored Solutions: Work closely with clients to provide customized solutions that fit their unique needs, whether through immersive training environments, AI-driven analytics, or virtual experiences.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics to refine strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Localization of Offerings: Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to ensure that offerings meet the language, cultural, and regulatory requirements of clients.
  • Networking and Outreach: Participate in regional trade shows, conferences, and events to generate leads, promote the company’s solutions, and raise awareness about the potential of AI and metaverse technologies in the region.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals with new and existing clients. Ensure a smooth transition from deal closure to implementation, ensuring client satisfaction and ongoing engagement.

Proven sales experience, particularly in Immersive, Metaverse, AI, VR/AR, or digital transformation solutions. Software Skills: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Jira, Trello) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Proven experience in relevant industries or domains, with a strong track record of managing complex projects.
