Our client is a respected national charity based in North West London, seeking a Data & Insights Officer to join their fundraising team.

The Role
/n
You will play a key role in using data to support effective fundraising, supporter engagement and informed decision-making.
/n
Working collaboratively across teams, you will maintain accurate supporter records, manage fundraising income data, produce reports and provide valuable insights to help improve engagement and operational performance.
/n
You will champion data quality, support process improvements and help ensure fundraising systems and information are accurate, efficient and effective.

About You
/n
/n
- Experienced in maintaining accurate records and managing data within CRM systems
/n
- Confident processing donations, pledges and fundraising information with a high level of accuracy
/n
- Able to produce reports and provide administrative support to help teams track performance and engagement
/n
- Passionate about using data to improve supporter experiences and strengthen relationships
/n
- Proactive in identifying improvements to systems, processes and data quality standards
/n
