📍 Location: Appleby-In-Westmorland, Cumbria (Office-based with 4-day week option)

💰 Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 basic + uncapped bonuses

Patrick James Solutions (a trading style of Infinite FS) is a key account of Quilter, offering trusted mortgage and protection advice across the UK. Based in the beautiful Cumbrian countryside, we pride ourselves on building long-term client relationships through personalised, face-to-face and remote services.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering tailored Mortgage & Protection advice to a wide range of clients
  • Recommending suitable products including life assurance, income protection, and home cover
  • Managing end-to-end applications and liaising with lenders, providers, estate agents, and solicitors
  • Staying up to date with market trends and compliance requirements
  • Building long-term relationships through exceptional service

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in Mortgage & Protection sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and resilient
  • Own client bank required; additional leads provided
