We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile professional to manage human resources, payroll, accounting, and inventory operations. This role ensures compliance with HR policies, accurate financial reporting, and efficient supply chain management to support overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Set invoices up for payment
- Enter and upload invoices into system
- Track expenses and process expense reports
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Perform check runs and post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records
- Calculate, post, and verify financial data for accounting records
- Verify and post details of business transactions (funds received/disbursed)
- Compute and record charges, refunds, freight, rentals, and similar items
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
