The role
As the Global Head of HR at INFINIT, you will play a critical role in building and leading the people function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to set the foundations for HR, develop scalable processes and policies.
What do we want to achieve together?
- Design and implement core HR policies, systems, and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law and start-up best practices.
- Partner with leadership to define our people strategy, including internal policies, onboarding, off-boarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement
- Develop onboarding programs that set up new hires for success from day one
- Support with performance reviews, employee relations, coaching, and team development
- Ensure smooth HR operations, including but not limited to benefits administration, employment contracts and people operations.
- Champion company culture, values, and DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) initiatives
What do you need to be successful in this role?
- Proven experience (8+ years) in HR, ideally with time spent in high-growth start-ups or tech environments.
- Ideally a strong grasp of employment legislation and HR compliance particularly in Spain, UK & France.
- Experience designing HR process, programs and policies from scratch and implementing
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Hands-on and proactive—willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English
