Role
As a Product Engineer at INFINIT, you will be a key driver in shaping the future of our AI-powered operating system for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). You will fully own feature development from conception to launch, bringing a customer-centric approach to every stage of the product lifecycle. This includes defining functional and technical specifications, implementing full-stack solutions, and ensuring quality assurance. You will leverage your product thinking and technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions that empower small business owners and their teams.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience as a software engineer with a strong foundation in product thinking and a keen eye for user experience.
- Proficiency in full-stack development, with experience in languages such as C#, Python, and Typescript.
- Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code or Codex), including best practices for context management and optimization.
- Ability to fully own the feature development lifecycle, from initial concept and specification to implementation, QA, and deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a distributed, international team environment.
