Workshop & Operations Manager

– Role Overview –
As aWorkshop & Operations Manager, you will lead our team of experienced vehicle technicians, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the workshop. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to- day operations, motivating the team, overseeing repairs and upgrades, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service are maintained.

– Key Responsibilities –

• Plan and manage workshop productivity, ensuring targets and objectives are met.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians, ensuring high performance and quality standards.
• Overseeing all servicing, maintenance, and repairs of high-performance vehicles followingmanufacturers’ specifications.
• Work directly with customers, providing updates on progress and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Implement and manage quality control processes to ensure all vehicles leave the workshop inoptimal condition.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, creating a safe and productiveworking environment.
• Manage ordering parts and stock levels to ensure efficiency and cost control.

– Essential Skills & Experience –

• Proven experience managing a busy workshop within the automotive or performance car industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Transparency and Integrity
• Experience in customer service and managing customer relationships.
• Competency in using diagnostic tools and software, with a solid understanding of high- performance vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence is required.

£45,000 – £52,000 per year (experience dependent)
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
