The Role
We\’re looking for an Automotive Technician to join our team. You\’ll be working in a world class facility McLaren and RS3 engine builds , assembling and maintaining powertrain systems including forged engines, hybrid turbos, fuel systems, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembly of high-performance engines, gearboxes, turbos, and other drivetrain components
- Support with McLaren and RS3 tuning builds, teardown and reassembly
- Follow technical drawings, build sheets, and checklists
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Collaborate with the fabrication and calibration teams
- Occasionally support dyno sessions or trackside work
What You Bring

The qualities we look for in a strong technician include:

Several years of experience in motortrade (high-performance/motorsport is bonus)
